Do you only consult, or can you build it too?+

Both. Many clients start with a short consulting engagement and then have us build what we recommended, but you are never obligated. The advice stands on its own.

What does a consultancy engagement look like?+

Usually a short, focused engagement: we review your systems, architecture, infrastructure, and goals, then hand you a clear, prioritized plan, what to do, in what order, and why. Fixed scope, no open-ended retainers.

Can you help with cloud and infrastructure decisions?+

Yes. Choosing and shaping cloud platforms, hosting, and deployment is part of our consultancy, we help you pick infrastructure that is fast and reliable without overspending.

Can you give a second opinion on a project we already have?+

Yes. A clear-eyed second opinion on an existing build, vendor, or AI plan is some of the most valuable work we do, and often the cheapest mistake to avoid.
